Adromischus herrei (also known as Adromischus Marianae fa. herrei) is a fleshy plant of the Sedum family, native to South Africa and distributed in crevices between hills and granite hills. The fleshy leaves are clustered together. The leaves are spindle shaped, pointed at both ends, with a rough surface covered with bumps (warts), similar to dried raisins. The green to reddish brown or purple color of leaves mainly depends on growth conditions, season, and variety genes. The old leaves will turn into a waxy gray white color over time.
The growth habits and maintenance methods of Adromischus herrei
Adromischus herrei prefers sunny, cool, and dry environments, and can grow normally even in semi shaded areas. Excessive shading can lead to poor plant growth. During the high temperature period in summer, turtles are in a dormant state and should pay attention to ventilation and water control.

Adromischus Marianae grows relatively slowly and prefers fertilizer slightly. When planting, it is advisable to add some slow-release fertilizers appropriately, and the proportion of soil particles can be higher.

Adromischus Marianae uses cuttings for reproduction.
